Since February 2023 our Association runs an eduactional project called DiplomAsia - the project involves visits to diplomatic posts of the Asia Pacific states and meetings with diplomatic agents from these states for members of the Association 

 

Aims of the project:

• Broadening knowledge about the culture, economy, internal policy and foreign policy of the Asia Pacific states

• Acquiring knowledge about diplomatic relations and the work of diplomatic agents

• Familiarising with diplomatic protocol in theory and practice

• Providing a better understanding of the role and functions of diplomatic missions and diplomatic posts in international relations

• Promoting mutual respect and intercultural dialogue 

• Familiarising with practical aspects of working in a diplomatic post

• Shaping and educating young adepts of diplomacy

• Offering young people access to sources of inspiration and authorities in the field
