About us
Student Assocation of Pacific Area States (KPOP) is a student assocation operating by the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Studies of the University of Warsaw since December 2021. The aim of the organization is to raise awareness of international relations in Southeast Asia and the Pacific region, as well as to promote knowledge on economic, political, social and cultural issues of the countries of the Pacific Area.
In order to achieve these goals, we organize group discussions, scientific meetings, conferences and webinars, to which we invite acclaimed experts in the fields we deal with. We cooperate with various scientific institutions and diplomatic posts. We also run a YouTube channel, where on a regular basis we post films touching upon the most important events of the Indo-Pacific region.
